Nancy has served as the president of the NB Regional PPC Association since its founding in 2019, and in 2023, she also took on the role of PPC Atlantic Regional Coordinator. In this position, she is primarily tasked with overseeing the administrative functions of all Electoral District Associations (EDAs) and Regional Associations across Atlantic Canada.

Her additional responsibilities include recruiting and supporting Candidates and EDA Executives, as well as, member care, member engagement, and serving as the main point of contact between the PPC National Headquarters (NHQ) and the Atlantic region. Additionally, Nancy is a founding member of the PPC and has previously run as a candidate in the 2019, 2021, and 2025 elections for the Beausejour and Madawaska-Restigouche ridings in New Brunswick.
