Aujourd'hui, nous avons une faveur à vous demander.
Tous les trois ans, Élections Canada exige que les partis politiques enregistrés soumettent les signatures de 250 membres du parti pour prouver que le parti est toujours actif. 2022 est la première année où nous devrons répondre à cette exigence depuis notre enregistrement en 2019.
Pouvez-vous nous aider à répondre à cette exigence en imprimant et en remplissant un formulaire ?
Si vous êtes en mesure d'aider, veuillez suivre les étapes ci-dessous. Tout ce dont vous aurez besoin est une imprimante, un scanner, un stylo et 5 à 10 minutes.
Imprimez le formulaire.
En haut de la page, sous « Nom complet du parti politique », écrivez « Parti populaire du Canada », veuillez prendre soin d'imprimer lisiblement.
Cochez la case pour "Type 2 - Parti enregistré existant ou éligible"
Signez et datez le formulaire dans les cases appropriées. Veuillez noter qu'Élections Canada n'accepte que les signatures manuscrites faites à l'encre. Les signatures électroniques ne seront pas acceptées.
Remplissez les informations de nom et d'adresse requises dans la section "Informations sur le membre".
Scannez le formulaire dûment rempli et envoyez-le nous à: info@peoplespartyofcanada.ca
Veuillez noter que seuls les électeurs admissibles (citoyens canadiens, âgés de 18 ans ou plus) peuvent signer. De plus, n'oubliez pas qu'Élections Canada peut communiquer avec vous par téléphone ou par courriel pour vérifier cette information.
